Personal care, wellbeing, respite and domestic support for people living in Ferring, Goring-by-Sea, West Worthing and Rustington areas.

Our Home Care service supports you to remain independent at home. We provide care to support older people in their own homes with personal care, domestic support, companionship, respite and wellbeing services, to assist them and improve the quality of their lives.

We value the independence of our clients and respect their personal choices, aiming to make every day a good day. All services are tailor-made to suit each individual.

Companionship and respite services

Assistance can also extend outside of the home, for example, we can accompany clients for medical appointments, go for a social outing or provide companionship.

Domestic support and cleaning

We offer domestic help to clients who live in the Ferring, Angmering, Goring-by-Sea, East Preston and Rustington area. Tasks include help with shopping, cleaning, laundry and ironing.

Domestic support and cleaning

Our domestic services include help with tasks such as shopping, housework, laundry, ironing and cooking meals. The assistance can also extend outside of the home – we can collect prescriptions and pensions and also accompany clients for medical appointments or on social outings.

Personal care and wellbeing

Our personal care service provides help with getting up in the morning, washing, dressing and food preparation. We can also help with medication (prompting, administering and managing prescriptions) and, at the end of the day, preparations for retiring to bed at a time to suit you.

Our care extends to your wellbeing as we prefer to spend quality time with you to make sure you are well looked-after.

Our Domiciliary Care Service is managed from our offices in Ferring

The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission and we are committed to providing a high-quality domiciliary home care service to residents in Ferring, Goring and Rustington.

If you are interested in talking to us about supporting you at home, we will listen to your needs and advise you if we are able to support you in what you require. We will send you the information about our services and the charges.

If you decide to go ahead, we will arrange a visit to see you in your home and carry out an assessment of your needs.

We will then arrange a start date and agree suitable times for our staff to visit you.

We aim to spend quality time with our clients and do not offer quick fifteen-minute or back-to-back calls. Your care really matters to us and we provide this home care service at a very competitive rate.

A review of your care needs will be regularly undertaken by a senior care worker to ensure the service continues to meet your needs and during your care, you will have access to our office team to answer any questions.

Our staff are fully trained and undergo enhanced DBS checks.

We aim to make every day a good day for every one of our clients.
