Domestic support and cleaning

Our domestic services include help with tasks such as shopping, housework, laundry, ironing and cooking meals. The assistance can also extend outside of the home – we can collect prescriptions and pensions and also accompany clients for medical appointments or on social outings.

Personal care and wellbeing

Our personal care service provides help with getting up in the morning, washing, dressing and food preparation. We can also help with medication (prompting, administering and managing prescriptions) and, at the end of the day, preparations for retiring to bed at a time to suit you.

Our care extends to your wellbeing as we prefer to spend quality time with you to make sure you are well looked-after.

The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission and we are committed to providing a high-quality domiciliary home care service to residents in Ferring, Goring and Rustington.

If you are interested in talking to us about supporting you at home, we will listen to your needs and advise you if we are able to support you in what you require. We will send you the information about our services and the charges.

If you decide to go ahead, we will arrange a visit to see you in your home and carry out an assessment of your needs.

We will then arrange a start date and agree suitable times for our staff to visit you.

A review of your care needs will be regularly undertaken by a senior care worker to ensure the service continues to meet your needs and during your care, you will have access to our office team to answer any questions.
