We are recruiting for a Finance Manager to provide efficient financial administration procedures to cover all areas of business for the Abbeyfield Ferring Society and to provide a lead for the organisation of fundraising for projects.
The successful applicant will work alongside the COO in producing budgets, timely management accounts and investigating funding opportunities. They will have a qualification in accounting/managing accounts/bookkeeping to at least AAT Stage 4 (or be willing to work towards gaining this level). Previous experience relevant to the role, and in Payroll and HR is essential.

Support Worker at Old School House
Average of 9 hours per week to include morning, afternoon, weekday and Sunday shifts.
Rate of pay: £9 per hour
We are recruiting a Support Worker for the Old School House, our extra care living accommodation in Ferring, near Worthing.
The role will support residents to live independently encouraging them to maintain independence commensurate with their ability, situation and wishes. A qualification in care or working towards a qualification is essential.

Community Care Workers in Ferring and Goring
We are currently recruiting for Community Care Workers guaranteed hours, weekdays starting at 7.30 am. Also a weekend vacancy only. We also have bank work available.
Rates of pay from £9 to £11.50 per hour plus the opportunity for enhancements. Mileage is paid and full training is given. A driving licence is essential.

Community Support Worker – Weekends
We are currently recruiting for a Community Support Worker at weekends. Rates of pay from £10 to £11.50 per hour.
We are looking for special people who have the ability to make a difference to our clients’ lives.
Our care roles workers are responsible for providing a high standard of personal care and will need to be able to empathise, listen and laugh with clients.
There will be plenty of time allocated to the clients.
