If you are looking for work in the care sector and have been disappointed by previous employers, please don’t let that discourage you. We are holding a Recruitment Day on Thursday, 18 November, between 10 am and 2 pm.
We know just how difficult it is to keep good staff – that’s why we approach things differently. So if you would like to pop in and have a chat with us, this is an ideal opportunity and gives you a chance to ask questions without any pressure.
Working for Abbeyfield Ferring
Abbeyfield may not have the right role for you at the moment, but you could put your name down if you think you might like to work for us. Would you consider being part of our family?
Your career in care can develop and grow with Abbeyfield Ferring. We have services in the community – support workers, domestics/cleaners, and befrienders. We run a lovely residential care home in Ferring, and there are some care hours we are currently looking to fill. We also support people with dementia and work with Dementia Friendly Worthing to run the services at Worthing Dementia Hub in Goring.
Supporting all staff
You might be looking for part-time work as a cook or an evening carer. You might be interested in gaining experience in community care but have no skills, and we can train you. We support all our staff, and no one is expected to take responsibility – there is always someone at the end of the phone to ask if you are a newbie.
We’d love to meet you – come and speak to Tammy on Thursday, 18 November and discover if you would like to work for Abbeyfield Ferring. We have a friendly and hard-working team who are very supportive.
If you can’t make it on Thursday, please check out our careers page for the latest jobs or give Tammy a call on 01903 240313.
